I have provided Real Estate services to buyers and sellers in King and Snohomish Counties for 11 years. My focus continues to be on housing for all people; therefore, my business has become my ministry as I honor God for opening doors that build trusted relationships which helps me better serve my clients.

I grew up in Tacoma WA and  graduated with a BA from Seattle Pacific University then married George Hurst 42 years ago and we live in Lynnwood WA. We have four adult children and three grandchildren.

During my first career I was an interpreter and advocate for Deaf and Deaf-Blind people as I worked for the Hearing, Speech & Deafness Center in Seattle for over ten years where I trained hearing businesses to follow Title III (equal access and public accommodation) of  the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). I am thrilled to say that I have had many wonderful opportunities to work with ASL signing buyers and sellers.

I obtained my Real Estate License in 2006 and for more than 8 years I taught first time buyer’s classes representing the Washington State Housing and  Finance Commission. This program still exists and first time buyers who live in Washington are able to receive extra financial benefits if they meet the given criteria. Please ask me if you would like to know more about this and other finance programs.

Today I represent both buyers and sellers in the Snohomish and King Counties. By the way, we need more homes to go on the market for sale to accommodate the very large group of buyers who want to live in our beautiful sate. John L. Scott has a wonderful support system that I use to competitively list homes. If you are even thinking of moving please contact me and I will create a free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for you to find out the possible value of your home.

Let’s get together for coffee or tea and discuss how I can help you with your next move.
